They also provide them the confidence to change their domain if required by mentoring them and extending full support. Parents are also asked to attend the counselling sessions to make them aware as well of the world of opportunities lying ahead of their children and to support the decision taken by their children.

Rajashreevikram, just as her name, believes in conquering the world with her counseling and education prowess. She has dedicated her life towards helping and guiding students from all backgrounds. She believes that with the right direction and motivation, no career goal is impossible.
Rajashreevikram holds an MA Diploma in Teaching and Personal Counselling. She is well-versed with the knowledge about REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and Carkuff theory of counselling. Apart from this she holds a Certification in Global Career Counselling from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and a Green Belt Certification from Global Career Counselling from Univariety, Singapore.
Rajashreevikram has had a rich experience of thirty years in the fields of teaching and counselling. She has always maintained cordial relationships with her partners, teachers and students. Apart from this, she has received several awards and accolades for her great performance as a career counsellor. During her tenure she was responsible for various activities like accomplishing overall responsibility of a devoted educator covering professional development while assessing students and conducting staff meetings for their development, encouraged introverted students to come out of their shells and be more participative, developed a smooth functioning PTA environment for the parents and established various rewarding systems under the same.
